7-Day Return & Exchange Window
We offer a 7-day hassle-free return and exchange policy from the date of item delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, in the same pristine condition that you received it, with all original brand tags intact.
Initiating a Return
To initiate a return or exchange, please reach out to our support team at care@silaibyeva.com or via WhatsApp with your order number and photos of the product.
Our courier partner will arrange reverse pickup within 48-72 hours of approval.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (or bank account for COD orders) within 5-7 business days.
